Grilled Balsamic Peach Chicken

Tender chicken topped with Grilled Peaches and balsamic drizzle, a summertime success! And only 6 ingredients!

This was the perfect dinner to make with the fresh peaches we got in Fredericksburg! It was super simple and delicious.

The first thing we did was marinate our chicken with the McCormick Grill Mates Tomato, Basil & Garlic Chicken marinade. We marinated it for about 30 minutes while we were prepping our other ingredients.


While the chicken was marinating we sliced and skewered our peaches and put together our appetizer platter. Aka fancy pre-snacks!


Our Fancy pre-snacks included Tomatoes and Mozarella with Balsamic reduction drizzle and bread with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper dipping sauce. All covered in fresh basil because we have a lot! We paired this with a wine we also got in Fredericksburg from Armadillo’s Leap Winery called The Texas Mourvedre that we chilled for an extra refreshing experience. This wine was very light and slightly fruity so perfect for our summer Sunday.


Then we brought all this down to our patio and started cooking. We put the chicken on first and then put on the peaches when the chicken was almost done.


When everything was ready we served the chicken with a side of mixed greens, topped with the grilled peaches, and then drizzled with Balsamic Reduction. You could also make your own balsamic drizzle by reducing balsamic vinegar over low heat in a sauce pan, but this is a little easier.

Also I like how the Balsamic Reduction Bottle says “Use on Everything” because its so true!




Grilled Balsalmic Peach Chicken

Marinade Packet
1/4 cup Oil (for Marinade)
2 Tbsp Vinegar (for Marinade)
6 Chicken breasts
3 peaches
Pre made Balsalmic Reduction


Marinate Chicken for about 30 minutes.

While chicken is marinating soak coals in grill with lighter fluid and let sit.

Slice and skewer peaches.

Prepare any appetizers that you may desire 🙂

Light your coals and grill the chicken for about 8 minutes on each side or until no longer pink inside.

When chicken is almost done cook peaches on the top rack (if you have one) until they are soft. Cooking time depends on how ripe the peaches are.

Serve chicken topped with peaches, a drizzle of balsamic reduction, and a side of mixed greens. Enjoy!
